Wow! This is a great website with a ton of information. I found the site yesterday and have spent most of today reading posts and articles. I am have been really impressed with how willing everyone is to share info and help each other (Brandon-I love the video tutorial on the wix website creation). I look forward to being a part of this community.
About me- I work full-time as a business manager for a school district. I have my real estate license and work real estate on weekends and evenings. My goal is to use my real estate commissions to purchase property to use as rentals. I currently, have one rental with a $250 cash-flow. I am excited to learn as much as I can from the people on this website.
