Hi Everyone! My name is George and I am graduating this spring with my masters from Binghamton University. I am interested in urban planning and mixed-use real estate development. I am currently looking for a job so fingers crossed. Once I secure that, I am looking to house hack to get into investing and be able to afford those Long Island prices.
