Hi All,

I've been interested in real estate for quit a while now. I recently finished college so finally I have the time to involve myself in real estate.

As of now, I'm looking to purchase property for renters in hopes to create a source of passive income. My long term goal is to spend years learning the real estate business to eventually buy and flip houses for my retirement.

I'm ecstatic and confident about my goals thanks to the resources and info available on this site.
