Hey everyone! My wife and I are local to Vigo county IN, and are really excited to start our real estate journey. Weve both been learning, analyzing, and planning but the first step seems to be the hardest part.

Our area has some new tourism opportunities coming up, and there is some school redistricting so I believe that there could be some great investment opportunities. I would love to hear from you.
