New Investor in BC, Canada

Hello all,

 I'm a new investor out of Merritt, BC and am on the path of sharpen my investing skillset. Just looking the calculators on here and it seems like it's geared towards American properties. Does anyone know of any calculators for Canadian Real Estate or can help analyze and assess properties on my own?  I've immersed myself in learning as much as possible with real estate investing but wanted to reach out to the community and see if there are any like minded individuals who'd be keen to connect. 

Either way I'm excited to join the community and looking forward to what comes next.
