Newbie from (near) Buffalo NY
Hello. I am from Lewiston, NY which is close to Niagara Falls and Buffalo. I want a new life direction and want to find it in real estate investing (with my husband). I grew up with a single mom who instilled (it was the only way she knew) you have to have a job to live, have a good work ethic, don't call in sick, you have to pay your bills. I have worked in healthcare for 26 years doing imaging...i.e Xray, Cat Scan and now Vascular Ultrasound....have a good work ethic and rarely call in sick...LOL. I am burned out and unhappy at my job, mostly due to bosses who aren't true leaders, only intimidators and bullies. I want to change my life. It's time! I want real estate to free my of my 9-5. Cash flow and appreciation in STR's is where we want to our journey to begin. We are educating ourselves every single day and are almost ready to get pre-approved.
