Trying to Make my first deal
Hi,
This is an emerging baby investor in the Newport News, VA area. Looking to get into investing and I would love some advice on how to get started. It seems like my wife is on board, but I'm normally the one that launches into new things. I'm a GM for a restaurant/Cook which takes up a lot of energy and time, but I'm willing to do what needs to be done to make this happen. I'm not sure of what approach to take, or market to break into. In short, HELP! :)
