Hi. I'm Ginny and new to the site. I live outside of Chicago in The NW suburbs. My husband and I have been doing flips for a while and have done a total of five in addition to buying/renovating and renting out a two flat for 8 years. Definitely done with being a landlord. Just found this site in,pursuit of a private investor for a new project. Anxious to start reading the threads and learning from all of you.
