New Member from Nashville, TN.

Hi all (or ya'll as we say it) - I'm a new member from Nashville, TN. area. My full time job is in software sales / marketing and project management. I've been doing this for over 10 years. I love to Golf, play Volleyball, and hang out with my wife and two boys.

A little interesting thing about me - I owned and operated a Pizza Business for 10 years. Purchased it in college and sold it 10 yrs. later. That was a lot of fun when I was young - I had a lot of friends who didn't go hungry!

We've been investing in Real Estate for 6+ years and have accumulated three rental properties, all multi-families. We've also invested in other fellow real estate deals through self directed IRAs.

We'd are looking for a property to rehab right now. I thought we found one yesterday, but apparently the Wholesaler had committed it to someone, so we didn't get to make an offer on it. Kind of disappointed, but moving onto the next one.

I remember BiggerPockets from several years ago, but didn't really engage much or that serious about Real estate investing.

We were on a cruise this summer, and I started listening to the podcast. Wow - very impressed - fresh, informative content. So, for the last 5 weeks I have been on here quite a bit and look to be active and engage with other fellow RE investors.
