Looking for my first investment property

Hello everyone! I am brand new to investing in real-estate but not new to houses as I have been working as a contractor for three years. I have just gotten pre-approved for a loan and I know I want to house-hack my first property. I was wondering if there's anything specific to look for or general guidelines to help weed out good deals or good houses to house hack.
