Investment team expansion

Hey everyone,

 I’m looking to join with one or more investors who are interesting in investing in or near Spokane Washington.  I lived there and bought and sold a few houses but since then my funds have been tied up and had to pass on a few offers. I have a solid team including a real-estate agent, property manager (who I trust with my own property their) and a trusted handy man there.  Could anyone point me in the direction of a potential investor?  Thanks in advance
