Hi Everyone,

I stumbled across this site from one of the blogs I read. From there I ran into the Podcast, which I've been listening to non-stop. It took me a while (a whole bunch of courage), but I've finally took the time into seeing what this community is about and hopefully I can learn from successful, smart people here.

My focus is buying distressed, single family homes in New Jersey towns near New York City.
