I have been a member a long time, but just now checking back in. I have been a landlord for 12 years. We own property in several western states. Single family homes and quads. Would like to jump into commercial size apartment buildings, but with the 20yr terms, don't see how the cashflow makes it worth it. So that is what I am looking for- why people say the larger apartment buildings are better, well, other than I know I am limited to 10 loans on residential, but unlimited for commercial.
