Just want to say hi.
Was planing on just lurking for a while, but was so impressed with the site and the community.
I have always thought real estate investing was the way to go, but though that it was something only people with deep pockets could do. Any way I recently read "rich dad poor dad" and it really made me change my thinking about the matter. So here I am knowing next to nothing but eager to learn while I save enough to get started.
