Hi, my name is Semiramis Velazquez. I recently became very interested in real state mainly because I want not only be financially free but because I want to have free time to myself and my family. I have been working to jobs for years and is time to change the strategy because is not longer working for me.
I am a rookie looking for my first investment property. I heard about you through a podcast my sister sent me and here I am. I’ve been listening to the podcast and reading book and the more I get to know the more I want to take action.
I am currently looking for my first property and start this new chapter.
I currently work as Eligibity Specialist.
I reside in New Jersey.

I like to read. Exercise. I have a toddler that keeps me very busy and a wonderful husband who puts up with my real state conversations LOL.
