Hello, I'm Nathan and I've been looking into real estate investing personally since Covid started in my spare time. My family has a lot of background in real estate: I have some home flippers and agents in the family, but I'm not personally experienced in it. A close family member recently received a windfall and is interested in protecting the windfall from inflation while limiting risk and the BRRRR method seems like a promising way of doing that in part. We are looking at doing so in the Phoenix Metro area most likely. Looking forward to interacting with people and learning a lot.
