The newbie post from San Antonio, Tx
Hello everyone, my name is Matthew Felan I am a newbie real estate investor out of San Antonio, Texas. I am lasered in to becoming financial free and self reliant thru the world of REI. I want to primarily start on focusing on flips but would like to transition into rentals and have a stabile portfolio to support my family and retire by 45. Truly I wish to make great contacts on Bigger Pockets and use this as a launching pad. Currently I am in the process of purchasing a new build for my family, but am doing the research necessary to get started. I will gladly take any support or encouragement as this is a big leap onto a path I've always wished to travel.
