How old do you have to be to get a loan from the bank?
Im 17 now and looking into the realestate market, my goal is to buy and rent a duplex for a passive income stream. One problem I run into a lot is age, I always want to do everything but I get limited because of my age. So if anyone could help that would be of great appreciation to me
