Hey BP community,
I have been reading up on BiggerPockets for a couple months now and finally decided to make a profile since I bought my first townhouse at 22. I have lived in this area all of my life and can really say I have watched the market for a while. I currently go to USF for Business finance and am working 40 hours a week on top at a Mortgage Servicing company. Next year after I graduate, I hope to buy a second property to start my real estate investing career and hopefully become one of the big fish while I move up within my company. This website is very helpful and I hope I can use the wealth of knowledge to my advantage in the future.
