Hello all.
I have been a member of bigger pockets now for some time, and thought it was finally time to take the leap and introduce myself. I am new to real estate investing. I found this site by accident. I was google-ing different investing questions and bigger pockets kept appearing as the number 1 result. So, I clicked and have been here reading and listening every since. I have little experience in real estate so all your help and guidance will be greatly appreciated. I am looking for other investors in the Greater Peoria, IL area, please pm me. The podcasts are my favorite. My fiance is bored to death whenever she rides with me...lol #caruniversity!!! Right now I am currently working on my business plan, and deciding how real estate investing will fit into my current situation. I have the UBG... I purchased the Book on Flipping House @J Scott: thanks. I just received the Book on Estimating Rehab costs. So much information to digest in such a little time. My goal is to hit it hard in the spring time. 2014 I am shooting for 3 flips and 1 rental property. I think that is all for now. Please PM me if you invest in the Peoria, IL area.
