Newbie From Detroit Area
My name is Matt Miller. I have been lurking around the forums for a few weeks now and finally decided to introduce myself. I was first brought to BP by a search on Google. I have always been interested in real estate as a career and wanted to learn more. I am currently interning for a developer in Detroit that specializes in multi-family housing utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). I have learned a tremendous amount from my experience so far and I have decided I want to pursue my first rental unit. BP has helped me realize that my goals are feasible no matter how crazy people call me!
