New from Philadelphia, PA

Hi,

First time posting on BiggerPockets, but I've been reading and learning on here for a while. I'm a big fan of this site.

I currently own a couple multi-units in the Philadelphia area. I'm looking to add to my portfolio, start doing flips, and maybe do some private money lending. Since I travel quite a bit for work, I'm looking to network with folks in the areas where I regularly visit: Philadelphia, NJ, NYC, and Miami. I'm also interested in learning more about these areas that I'd like to start investing in: Jacksonville, Austin, Houston, and Atlanta.
