Hi,

My name is Suzette. I am new to BiggerPockets, but not new to real estate. I have been in the business since 1996 when I started out as an agent in Las Vegas, NV; and over time evolved into the investment side of the business. In fact, real estate investing is the primary reason I entered the business. The idea of learning skills to secure ones financial future was very appealing to me, because growing up in a working-class family I saw my parents work so hard, and yet they were still struggling financially. I saw too many families like this growing up, so real estate investing made sense to me as the key to financial independence and freedom.
