Relocated last summer from MA to Portland, OR

This state is not pro landlord from what I have read.

Does anyone have experience with BRRRR residential properties, after this phase, as a landlord?

Fyi - My contracts have been in eight (8) east coast states (Maine to Florida). I will cornsider other states.

Cheers,

Jeffrey Baxter

Hi @Jeffrey Baxter, are you looking for information on managing your rental property in Portland?  If that is the case, I would be happy to help.  I manage all my own properties here.
