Hello Everyone,
My wife & I bought our first rental property in 2007 and currently have four in our area. All have stayed occupied continuously since purchase. We manage them ourselves for now. I'm really glad to find BP, - I'm in awe of the sheer number of people participating. And very impressed with the nine core beliefs and for the chance to network with a such a large, dedicated group of people. I look forward to contributing where I can, especially passing on lessons learned from our mistakes! I can tell this will be a long relationship!
