Hello! from San Antonio Tx
Hello all! My name is Dustin Patterson. I live in San Antonio, Tx. Currently I am a senior software engineer for a large insurance company. I have a great interest in changing careers to real estate! I am somewhat of a newbie when it comes to investment real estate, but over the last 8 months I have been doing everything I can to soak up as much information about the subject as possible. I have taken a couple CCIM courses and am almost done with getting my Texas sales agent license. It wasn’t until after my first CCIM course that I realized how much I enjoyed investment real estate and the analysis that is involved. I can't wait to get started, especially with all the help from the folks on BP. I am currently looking for my first commercial investment deal and would love to partner up with more experienced investors. I’m also interested in being a part-time assistant (mentee) for a commercial real estate professional. If you are an investor, broker, syndicator or possible investing partner please contact me!
