Duplex, triplex or fourplex?
Hi, I'm new to Real State investing, I live in the Bay Area (CA) and I'm trying to decide to whether start with a duplex, triplex, or fourplex. I'm going to use an FHA loan for this purchase since I don't have enough credit to apply for a conventional loan. Which of the three plexes is better to start with? (PS: Yes, since is an FHA loan, I'm planning to do house hacking)
