New Member Intro (Los Angeles)
Greetings fellow BP members! My name is Cherie Gatling. I am a real estate Newbie originally from New York City and currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. I have an interest in property investments as it pertains to Short Term (luxury) Rentals, Subject-To, Wholesale, Buy and Holds (long term goal), as well as luxury Car Rentals. I am open to meeting in person in any City or State of mutual market interest with a desired end goal to build a team, joint venture possibilities, and the aim to build a solid network. I am highly approachable both online and in person so I welcome you. I knew about the BP community for quite some time now and I felt it was no better time than the present for me to join the Bigger Pockets community, and go Pro.
