Eager to learn, Upstate New York (Troy)

Good morning all,

I discovered Bigger Pockets earlier this year & have been reading & listening to the podcasts fervently after watching my friend buy, rehab & rent a property in LA.

I am 23 & in a dead end job. That being said, i have grown impatient with my lack of progress & am now looking for ways to advance myself personally & professionally. Real Estate & Bigger Pockets seem to be a great path to follow.

This is my first post on here, so I am excited to start some discussions & potentially meet up with some people in my area. (Troy, Ny)!

Hi @Jeremy St. Onge. I'm glad you found BP. Real Estate is great way to build wealth. I recently learned that a great way to dive into real estate is to look for investors with problems. Become a real estate problem solver and you will find success! Good luck!
