House Hack Beginner

Ross Hendry
Posted

Hi everyone, I am brand new to real estate and am looking to house hack my first property. I will be moving to the Fairfield County area in Connecticut later this year and want to learn more about the market and also the keys to house hacking. If anyone could give me some tips on what to look for in multi-family homes for house hacking and how to run the numbers properly that would be greatly appreciated!
