Hello BP Folks,

I'm new to the Boston area and BP in general. A friend turned me onto the site, so far, so good.

I currently own 7 apartments across 2 buildings in Rutland, VT. Both are doing well and I have some renovations going on to make them nicer.

I'd like to move my investing down to the Boston, MA area. I have a pile of deals I've been working on, but no bites on investors yet. No shortage of hard money offers, but I've yet to land a business partner.

Obviously I'm looking for investors, anywhere up to $5M. I can have the money turned into assets in no time. I am also looking for turnkey investments in Orlando, FL and Burlington, VT.

Thanks for all the great info thus far.

-Aaron
