I am from Hanover Park, IL ... about 30 miles outside Chicago and I am looking to execute buy and hold strategies along with a flip or two per year. Specifically, I want to buy one property per year and flip one or two houses per year. I am looking for others who have started out with no experience and very little money but now are very well off in their real estate careers. Please share your knowledge with me as I want to learn!
