Can I use this forum to help me vet potential team members?

Question

I'm interested in hearing others' experiences with some RE investor-related companies that I'm considering partnering with on my first deal. However, in the past, my posts were deleted because they sounded like solicitations. I certainly don't want to violate the intention of this forum. Is it appropriate to use this forum to find others who have used these services? If not, any suggestions on how I might get that kind of reference information?

I have nothing but great things to say about Marshall Reddick. They have always been very honest with their clients. M.R.is a great advisor/vendor for someone purchasing out of state.

Thanks for the clarification - that helps. In that case here goes: I'm looking into using Marshall Reddick for purchasing, managing (and possibly funding) a buy-and-hold property in FL (and maybe Texas) and would love to hear from others who have done business with them in some way. They were recommended to me by a BP investor since I don't have a team in FL yet. They seem like they could be a good place to start as an out-of-state investor with no contacts. My state, of OR, has recently become quite landlord unfriendly so I'm looking out of state.   But like everything in life, there must be pros and cons to using this kind of all-in-one service.  I'd love to get your opinions and recommendations.  Thanks in advance for taking the time to respond to this newbie question.

You can ask for recommendations regarding specific needs and other disinterested members can give you their opinions or recommendations.
