New Investor from Southern Oreggon
Hello all! My name is Carson and I live in Central Point, Oregon. I have lived in the Rogue Valley for just over 5 years and am looking to start my investing career in the next twelve months. I am currently in Law Enforcement in the Valley and have been doing that for three years.
I bought my primary residence a couple years ago and am in the process of refinancing. Once that is complete, I will start looking for a small multi-family property (two or three unit) to house hack and rent out my old house.
I have also started a partnership with two people in the area and we are going to start looking for rentals at the end of the summer (few more months to raise our reserves). We want to BRRRR the rentals as we are all handy and like renovating and working on our houses.
I found BiggerPockets about a year ago and have been intensely listening and reading to learn as much as I can. I am happy to be starting this journey and am excited about the future
