Hello,
My name is Latarus and I'm new to the Real Estate Arena. My wife and I own our home and I'm looking to get into Real Estate Investing. I have very little funds, but great credit. I'm looking to start out wholesaling and work my way from there. I want to be able to achieve financial freedom and spend more time with my family. I would like to connect with a mentor to show me the ropes, but it's hard to find someone to share their time and knowledge with the potential competition. I enjoy reading the posts and have learned a great deal about the many RE Investing strategies. I hope to learn more and more through reading the many posts.

Welcome, I am a newbie here on BP as well. If you come across any wholesale deals in Tally, myself and my partner will take a look at them. We are in the process of identifying potential investments.
Make sure you read the thread regarding wholesale deals. I cant remember the title, but it was mentioned in the show notes from one of the podcasts (17?)
