Newbie from New Windsor, NY
Hello everyone,
- I'm Matthew Babcock from upstate NY. I live in New Windsor ,NY and work as a technician for the Army. I've been following the BP podcast for a year and I'm just about to finish reading Brandon Turners book on Rental Property Investing. My fiance and I are currently house hacking. We have a couple living upstairs in a finished attic space. I figured I'd introduce myself and connect and learn from those on this forum. My short term real estate goals are to purchase a two or three multi family within the next six months. In the next ten years I would like make a passive income from buy and hold real estate. Why do I want to build wealth through real estate? So that I can be there for my family. I want to make every one of my future son or daughters games. I'm looking in to buying in the Troy, NY area. I'd like to start with a small multi family and possibly rent to students. That's me in a nutshell. Thank you for reading this far.
