I am new to being a landlord. My husband has had properties for many years. As his health is failing, I am stepping in and taking over. I have been in the background for a couple years, however working my own job and not seriously involved in ANY of the operation of the properties. As the reality has shown me it's past time for me to step in. We are actually legally transferring them into a new LLC. I found this forum from "The Book on Managing Rental Properties " I am enjoying and appreciating the information I am learning from this book so far. I have a long ways to go to get this new job of mine sorted out, he has not been keeping up with much, so I'm inheriting a mess to sort thru all the while learning what I'm doing! My name is Nevada and the properties are in Coatsville, Pa. There are currently 7, in the process of selling one to help get this mess sorted out and invest back into the 6 that will be remaining. I envision a balanced well managed Rental Property Business being reborn and paving the path to a fruitful and prosperous future as a landlord and hopefully some day even expanding and adding more to my portfolio! Thanks for taking the time to read my intro and I'm open to hear what u all have to say! Thanks Nevada
