Hi.
I'm from Ireland and I've been working deals in the U.S.A. (what a GREAT country to invest in!) for several years now. I'm also old enough to be a survivor of a few property crashes and glad to be still standing here - I can tell you!
The hedge funds have wiped out the local flip market all the way down to bird dogging and there's not much room here (in Vegas) for even a small profit - unless you have an excellent product source. So I've been working opportunities as I find them and there have been quite a few connecting flights - we inspect all our deals before we close.
As you can see, I picked up a "y'all" drawl - can't beat that Southern charm :)
I like all kinds of residential and commercial cash flow - I have some asset remediation experience also.
I just love flipping properties and for a guy like me, where else is there to be other than on BP?
I'm looking forward to the experience and the opportunity here. I also intend to offer my share of blogs and articles.
