Seeking advice on how to go about purchasing a home.
So I'm starting out my wholesale journey but a friend of mine is looking to buy a home at around 600-800k. Without a real estate license what's my best options on how to go about this process? I know how to find the homes but as far as contacting owners and my profit on the deal is where I need help at.
