I am a new real estate investor who is new to the Austin, Texas area. I am a design engineer by day, and I'm looking to diversify my index fund investments into real estate. I'm looking to purchase my first property by December 31st, 2021 by targeting cash flowing multi-family owner occupant homes in the downtown to north Austin, Texas area.
