Hello, I Live in the Hyattsville MD area and i am currently looking to purshase my 2nd rental property. I am a certified Auto and Truck technician and im looking to grow my rental portfolio. Im not a big fan of flipping. Am currently looking in the state of NC for oportunities and finding Bigger pockets will help me reach my goals. I am very handy when it comes to working on a house but not my forte, so it takes me long time to complete work.
