Good day all, just wanted to introduce myself to the forums, my name is Ramiro Amaya, I have been watching, listening and learning for a month and a half now. I work as a trim carpenter, and painter in the Dallas Fort Worth area of Texas and have worked with plenty of realtors and investors in the last few years. A couple of months ago I had a chat with and investor that set me on the path of learning the business and what I could contribute to it. That inevitably led me here to all of you and the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

My wife and I are currently working on the foundation of what we hope will be a successful venture; she is working on the acquisition side, looking for properties to flip, BRRRR, or wholesale (Traditional). While I work on the networking side. Thanks to the podcast and my connections to contractors, we have multiple realtors we know who will be working with us and are showing us leads, and are working with a hard money lender in Fort Worth. We are reviewing leads every day and making at least one offer a day, however that is fairly new and are still trying to get one accepted. We have a lot to learn, since we are brand new, but we are very excited to enter the world of real estate investing!
