Hello Newbie from Pittsburgh, Pa

Hello everyone,

My wife and I have always had dreams of getting into real estate. I have been doing my research on getting my real estate license and i see a lot of companies will help you pay for your classes. So I am trying figure out which company i should start with. Anyone have any suggestions.

I am a very easy going person I love learning I have started listening to the Podcasts there are just so many to go through haha. I am purchasing the ultimate beginners guide. A question that i had here is i see amazon sells it fairly cheaper than on here however im assuming it does not come with the bonus content. Where I'm sure the bonus content has plenty to learn from is it worth spending the extra money just for the bonus content? Otherwise we are still diving into this but like i said very easy going and love spending time outdoors. I am a volunteer firefighter as well as i work at one of the largest hospitals in the area as an EEG tech (brain waves). My wife works in the same hospital as a secretary on one of the units.

A short term goal is to find a place up in Erie Pa to use as a vacation rental for people and a place for us to go up anytime we want to go up. Long term we want to be able to get into this where we can leave our full time jobs and focus only on this.

Any suggestions on anything is greatly appreciated, anyone else from the Pittsburgh area?
