New Member Introduction Houston, TX
Hello Bigger Pockets folks. My wife, two 3-year old boys, 5 month old and myself reside in Alvin, TX which is just outside of Houston, TX. We have one single-family rental property in the Heights area of Houston which was our first family home. I began taking classes to get my agents license in March and have since left an industry I have been in for 13 years to do Real Estate Investing and Agent full-time. We will be purchasing another rental property in the next 90 days and from there will decide whether we will have ability to purchase another rental or may have to do a flip.
