New Member from Northern West Virginia
I am a new member located in Northern West Virginia. I have worked in real estate development and management for several years but I am just starting to build my personal portfolio. My goal is to build a strong balance sheet and generate cash flows sufficient enough to get involved with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. I am interested in getting involved in acquisition rehabs of the many aging rural housing projects in my home state. I look forward to meeting new people on Bigger Pockets who have similar interests.
