Hi everyone my name is Tracey and I have been reading BP for weeks now and am so happy there is a forum where people talk about my passion....REAL ESTATE!! I am pretty new to the DFW area and am currently obtaining my real estate license here so that I can access the MLS. My sister (who is a seasoned investor in CA) and I have started bidding on auctions here and are currently waiting to hear from the bank on a REO. I haven't found any agents that are willing to find me the deals?? You would think its worth there time sense they get paid on both sides..Not sure why they don't want to work with me to acquire some properties? I'm learning more everyday and am excited to hear more from all of you!!!!!!!! -Tracey
