Ingrid Daudert, Mushroom farmer: Misty Dawn Farm
Recently got divorced and am starting a whole new adventure. I am interested in ag land and real estate investing to create income. I live in the Janesville WI area and have a small scale log grown mushroom farm. I am hoping to expand that operation and am looking for land. In the past I have invested in recreational land and have rehabbed 3 houses and am now starting my 4th. This one will be my first rental property. I am also very interested in environmental conservation and historic restoration. Since my divorce I am trying to get my head around the financials of investing in real estate and am hoping to learn alot without the pitfalls of trial and error.
