Hi, I am new to BP and real estate investing. Right now I am in the stage of research and learning the basics/fundamentals from books, YouTube and now BP. I've seen a lot of great feedback on podcasts so ill check that out. I'm interested in rentals and flipping, but also open to others. If anyone has any advice or tips please reach out, I am open to it all. Also for any beginner friendly materials to check out, Id love to know.
