Networking in Southern Maryland
Hello to all! I am a real estate investor and currently own 4 properties in southern maryland, all sfh. My initial plan was to purchase 6 rental properties and then transition to multifamily/apartment, because if i made a mistake at the multifamily/apartment level I'd be able to draw from the sfh to buoy against my mistakes. I'd like to network with anyone in soma, no matter if you're a flipper, or a buy and hold sfh investor such as myself. I am a hard worker and have a passion for learning.
