New to real Estate Investing
Hello everyone. I am Gildas, in the Augusta, GA area. Just introducing myself! Pretty new to real estate although, I signed up for biggerpockets back in 2018. I am very busy with my 9-5 job, but really need to start finding sometime to get this real estate thing started. My plan is to buy and hold(rent) multi-family properties. Hopefully, I can start and perhaps get my first property by the end of this year 2021.
